What do you like most about working with PSA?
Managing the whole company is a really challenging role. A great deal of my time is invested in PSA and the work can be tough since the industry is so competitive. However, I thoroughly enjoy decision making and communicating effectively with my staff. I feel making improvements to the business on a regular basis is really important and seeing the positive effects on the children is really rewarding.

What are your future goals with PSA?
There is a great deal of hard work ahead to make this company reach its full potential. It has taken 4 years to develop a strong workforce and a good reputation within the industry. I would like to develop the company in every area in the UK and I firmly believe this can be achieved with the amount of skilled and experienced coaches available. A long term goal would be to expand over to Spain and America with talks already being held.

Which is your favourite PSA service and activity?
All programmes are really popular and I feel we have a range of services to suit every age group from 3-11. The Toddler Soccer programme was something that we created in Liverpool before any other company and I still feel the sessions delivered by Patrick are the best for Children Centres to take part in. The Soccer Shootout programme is also very successful and I feel the format of the event is really enjoyable to take part in and coach.

What is your own biggest sporting achievement?
I would say Coaching in America was a big sporting achievement since it was so enjoyable and I gained valuable experience that helped me to develop PSA to the stage it is now. Soccer is developing all the time in America and the facilities and youth set-ups are something that deserve more credit and recognition as its something I fail to see here in England.
